Meet Liana

Born in Armenia and raised in Los Angeles County, Liana Deroian relocated to Victorville, California, in 2009 after earning her bachelor’s degree in psychology. Passionate about being of service to others, she has her master’s degree in clinical psychology and currently works as a real estate professional and licensed marriage and family therapist. As a mother of two in the process of adopting her niece, Liana understands the true emotional and financial value of a home and is eager to help others achieve homeownership.
With over a decade of experience as a therapist, Liana is a strong client advocate who attends to her client's unique needs and values clear, consistent communication. In fact, her ability to understand, sympathize, build rapport, and guide human behavior allows her to consistently deliver exceptional client care. Eager to engage in both personal and professional growth opportunities, Liana is in the process of earning her mortgage loan originator license in order to better serve her clients.
In addition to her role as a real estate professional, Liana is the supervisor of the CHOICE program, where she helps service adult probationaries with their mental health and substance use treatment needs. Liana also has political aspirations to help improve the quality of life for those in her community. In her free time, she enjoys shopping, dancing, and riding on the back of her husband’s Harley. Similarly to how she strives to maintain a work-life balance in her personal life, Liana takes care of all of her client's home buying and selling needs with ease, so they may enjoy the excitement of the process and maintain their personal time, quality of life, and peace of mind.
